Picked This Up Today

A local grocery store was being sold off and I picked this up. I hope I did alright. It's a Hobart Model # 1612 Meat Slicer. The blade is sharp and runs true, it slides smoothly, just needs cleaned up a little. I didn't like to see the store going out of business because it was a good store and always had what i needed and it was local. Paid $350. It was the best of the 4 they had accept for the 5th one that was $1200.

Ya done good. I picked up the hobart Model 1712 last month at a yard sale for $250. The best part about those slicers is it will cut frozen meat like butter, great for doing whole meat jerky. Lots of parts for them on line to if you need anything replace.
