all the kneading is done in the mixer, rising is done in the pans, 1 minor mistake, did not add enough dough in each pan to rise like i wanted,,, easy solution though make two less loaves

That's a mean machine, Beef. I made some bread on the previous version and it took two people to hold it down when doing bread dough. I understand the new ones have suction cups or something. Have you compared a batch of bread done in the Zo with the Bosch?

Yes this is a MEAN machine and it  does have suction cups on the bottom, The machine did not move a hair  while with the  load of 15 cups of flour, 5 cups of  water and other ingredients the bowl did flex and yes it is  plastic. Making this bread was my  first go round with it, though so far im very happy with it.

as comparing the bosch to the vo on quality   on making  bread I am unable to tell the difference, taste and looks on both  are great. just a little learning curve on how much dough to put in the loaf pans.

the consistency of dough is a small difference if at all and did use the  same  Recipe for the bread, just a larger quainity
