I just bought a Kirby Cannon and am in the middle of re-building my stuffing area and building a new PID controlled fridge smoker. I'm not new to smoking and sausage making but I'm always learning.
I have been looking around here for a little while and figure'd I would join so I could share my smokes.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I do have to say that I have not been able to set up the Kirby Cannon because it's my Christmas present and my wife is going to put it under the tree. I did sneak a peek at it and I am really impressed with the quality of it.
