Christmas Pastrami???

Well, my Son-in-law loves pastrami so I decided to smoke some for him and everyone else.

Using Mustard and "Uncle Louie's Pastrami Rub"

In to the frig for 3 days....

Now time to smoke. I fire up the smoker box.

Now to the frig again for a night time rest.

Out of the frig and to the slicer.....

Ok that's done - time to move on to more items for our Christmas Baskets.
