Bacon,Ham...How long.

Hi All.
Just a quick one. How long will cured smoked Ham, bacon keep Vac-packed in the fridge or freezer.

In the refrigerator section, I try not to go beyond 7 days. In the freezer, I have gone more than a year, and it was fine.
