Christmas Week Smoke Wrap Up......Gift Baskets Completed.

Took this week off to help my wife with her Christmas Baskets Give Away.

Total of 13 baskets with Sausage, Cheese and Nuts Gift Baskets. Actually 4 baskets are for family but the others went to co-workers and friends.

My wife is very much so in the Christmas spirit.

I know in advanced that we were going to be doing this - so I started the cheese and nuts back on Nov 7th.

As I stated earlier I took the week off to get this done....

So Friday I started the Pastrami....

Using LEM Original Jerky seasoning....

On the same day I tried some Pepperoni Sticks using Hi-Moutain Pepperoni Seasoning....

Next I did Beef Snack Stick using A. C. Legg seasoning...

and Muebe Nuggets...

Next, I did Summer Sausage using LEM Backwoods Summer Sausage Seasoning....

I also decided to do some LEM Products Backwoods Hot Jerky Seasoning

Dang! this is HOT!

One last thing to complete.....
Doing a Christmas Ham.

You are right about the LEM Hot Jerky being HOT. I have 5 lbs I made into sticks going right now.

Still waiting on my basket! Shouldn't take all that long to get from Ky to TN. Maybe I shoulda picked up up personal like! Great idea, and great execution - I'm sure all the recipients were happy - well as long as they weren't vegetarians (thats a hard world to force myself to type)! Tasty, tasty!
