Since I just had to make up another batch I thought I'd share a favorite of ours that my wife found on Pintrest.

It's called cream of anything because you can flavor it however you choose to.  We currently have beef, chicken and mushroom (ground dried mushrooms).

1C Powdered non-fat milk
3/4C Cornstarch
1/4C Bouillon
1/4C Dried Minced Onion
1tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Thyme
1tsp Basil (I personally substitute parsley for this)

Use at a ratio of 1/3C mix to 1 1/4C water and anywhere you would normally use a "cream of" soup.  We've also used it as a thickener by omitting the bouillon.

This looks excellent DC. Definitely copied to file.  ;)

Thanks for sharing.

Is the bullion a cube or a powder? Is it chicken or beef?

Sorry for the delay, you can use ground up cubes or powder.  Powder is much easier.  Any flavor you choose, I have a jar of chicken, beef, mushroom and nothing.
