Wifey called and said Mark I need you to do a pulled pork for me. I have one of my assistant being promoted to nurse manager on Monday.

I asked how many people will be at this party.

She replied, only 20-25.

I took a look in the freezer and found one that weighed 10.68lbs. Awesome!

Decided to try some of the samples that I received from Oakridge BBQ.

Ingredients:
Pork shoulder, mustard and Secret Weapon Pork & Chicken.

After seasoning and resting in the frig overnight I started my 6 rack Bradley smoker up.

Using my Smoke Adapter as a firebox....

It's 3am and I was running out of time so after 14 hours in the smoker I pulled and placed inside the house oven.
NOTE: The but was at 167IT before placing inside the oven.

My alarm of my phone went off...it's 5am and I hear the wifey up getting ready for work.

I'm late! She asked if it will be ready by 11am?

Hmmmmmm.... sure!

After 4 hours in the oven, at 240f, we hit 195IT. Awesome! Time to FTC - I was only able to get 3 hours of this process.
I open the FTC and here we go....

The bone came out with no resistance.

Wifey just walked in I looked up and it's 10:45am. I looked at her with a very big but tired smile.

Done!

I grabbed a bun and decided to give it a try.......Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Oh Yeah....I almost forgot - love me some Starnes!

I would say to use it liberally.

I used all the sample, wished I would've had more.
