I have had my Bradley for six months, but am just getting around to visiting this site. I've smoked ribs, fish, and 30 lbs of various cheeses. I was researching Prime Rib recipes and keep coming across "FTC". Can someone tell me what that stands for?

Thanks.

Foil, towel, cooler.
Basically wrap the items in one or two layers of foil. Wrap that with towels. Then put in all in a cooler. Keep items hot for hours.

Welcome aboard.
