Good Morning Folks,

Some you guys don't know me so ... but for the old timers that have been around for a while...those are the ones I am talking to.

Just checking in...sure has been a while.  Just wanted to stop by and say HI.  Everything is going well around the home, me and the Hen Mallard are empty nesters now.  Gosh I think some of you remember when my boy graduated HS.  Well he graduated second in his class with a double major in Chemistry and Math and now is a PhD candidate at University of Wisconsin-Madison in Chemistry. My daughter is at University of Arkansas Med Science winding her way to be a Radiology Assistant. So it's just me and the wife...  really nothing prepares you for an empty house and the quite rooms.

No I have not been smoking to much. You have no idea what pressure I get from the wife to fire up the Bradley... and my best friend is mad at me do to the fact I haven't made any bacon lately.

I changed jobs to investigating accidents and that has snow balled.  Actually I'm getting tired of the travel.  I'm praying that something would give a little.

I have always said that this IS the nicest group of people on any forum...

Be safe put there...I'l be back!

It's not how much you smoke but how many friends you make while doing it...

Wow, glad to hear from you!!!  It has been a while indeed.  Sounds great for the kids.  I'm a chemist myself and wish your son well.  It's a grind but well worth it.  What type of chemistry is he working on for his doctorate???  Looking forward to your future posts MW.  All the best
