So, just pulled my 10 lb butt at 195 degrees after a 15 hour smoke.  It went a little faster than I thought.  My serving time is in 6 hours.  This feels like the outer limits of just an FTC.  How would you recommend reheating?  I'm always nervous that I will dry it out when I do that.  Also, I can't use the smoker to maintain a lower/reheating temp as I'm starting baby back ribs shortly that need to be done at halftime.  Really appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks,

Zach

Got a big crock pot?   Wrap it up tight in foil and toss it in on low/warm.

damn.  did this at a friends house and didn't bring my crock pot.

FTC until you feel you need to pull it.  Then either place in a roasting pan or make a foil pouch and place the pulled pork in it with a splash of apple juice or something comparable to keep it moist.  If you're using a roasting pan, cover it in foil.  If you're using the pouch, seal it tight.  Place the pork in an oven at a low setting to keep it warm.  You should be fine.

thank you.  have both a roasting pan and apple juice.  Will do.
