Ok so a friend showed up on my doorstep with a bag from the butcher asking me to do my magic. I said ok but soon realized that the smoker would look way too empty so I decided to put together a batch of nuggets myself.
So here we go.......

That turned out great. Nice color on the meat and the smoker seems to be getting a nice tan. :)
