just had a Question about the price of pork belly. I know it will change a lot from various states but here in Washington on the OP there is really only one butcher shop sunny farms, and Costco. I have not checked Costco yet but the butcher shop is asking 2.99$ for raw pork belly and I am just wondering if this is a good price or if i should keep looking? what does everyone else pay?

It is okay. I use to pay 1.35 last year and this year it is on sale for 1.89

When I can get it on sale its $2.99/lb. normally atleast 2 bucks a lb more regularly. Now if I want Berkshire bellys that a whole lot more expensive but the flavour difference is so much better

I get mine at Cheney Bros here in Florida and I pay $1.90 a lb.

I order by the casy from Cash & Carry. A case is approx. 40 lbs. Depending on the quantity you want the closest Cash & Carry is in Bremerton.

thanks phone guy, just curious as to what they get per price? if ya know or I can just call them, went to another meat shop today they wanted 3.79$ for bellies, so i guess 2.99 is not that bad after all....
