My son is a huge Giants fan so he is having 7 8 year olds over to watch the game. Decided to do pork butt for them and a tri tip for the adults.

Injected with creole butter

Rubbed down

Moved to oven at 170 IT

Hoping to hit 195 by noon and FTC for 4 hours.

Going to start tri tip about 130. Rubbed Santa Maria style.

Funny thing is my kid was only one who ate the pulled pork. All other kids wanted hotdogs. Oh well more leftovers for me. Wife and neighbors said it was best butt yet. Tri tip was very tasty too
