I decided to make some Hot Jerky for the Super Bowl Party.

Started by slicing up some beef and adding LEM Hot Jerky Seasoning.
Then I placed in the fridge for a overnight rest.

Next day

Game Plan:
1 1/2 hours drying time - in smoker at 130f (no smoke)
1 hour - 140f (with smoke)
2 hour - 150f (with smoke)
5 hours - into the degydrator.

Here we go!!

Next to the dehydrator....

Five hours later.

I then placed into a brown paper bag and will keep in the fridge until needed later today.

Enjoy!
