what type of beef would i use to make a good beef jerky and what are good recipes

I use london broil myself but I have heard of other people using larger roasts. Depends on how much "marble" you want in your jerky and how much you want to trim it.

Leanest beef you can find the better but steak or roast are fine. Fat is what makes jerky go bad. So as little fat as you can.
