made some turkey jerky on sunday recipe out of rytek's was pretty good needs more spice but my nephews loved it

Looks good have never tryed Turkey. But when I use to hunt we made a lot of goose jerky.

Looks very good, I haven't tried turkey jerky either, another thing to add to a growing list
