Well smoked my store bought ham. But I prefer the other types better. But came out ok! I just wanted to share this about some hot dogs. We had a Easter hunt yesterday with 30-40 kids. Every year we do it and it keeps growing. This year I decided to throw the hot dogs in the smoker. So I set the pid for 190 degrees and applied 1 hour of Hickory,then when they reach 160 I set the pid to drop to 155 and hold. Every body loved the dogs. A few complained they didn't have burn parts but loved the taste. And we ate them a tray at a time. Kept them warm for the late comers and also towards the end took out the rest and they were gone right away. They were just the cheap dogs you get in 24 packs and I had 4 packs done. I love any dogs and these definately didn't taste like home made but it worked out nice and the smoke gave it a camp fire taste.
