Easter weekend smoke

Was a busy weekend smoking, First off a 10# Turkey breast hanging in the bradley, Sorry forgot to take pitcures.
Next up Pork shoulders, Covered with CYM (cheap yellow mustard) then with a special rub we all know (JAN's) With photos.

The pair in the Bradley set for 4 hours of smoke, I was trying some new bisquettes from cabelas, Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme.


Finish product pulled with my bear claws. total time was 16hours and change to reach 195 Deg. IT



About 12 lbs of pork , i'm set for lunches for awhile.
