Butt recipes with apple juice and beer?

Been smoking for years with a great Texas style rub recipe, but just bought three butts and wanting to change it up.  Here we're my thoughts:
1 - 10lb. butt with my original recipe (if anyone wants, I'd be glad to post)
1 - 8 lb. butt injected and brined with apple juice
1 - 8 lb. butt injected and brined with beer
Does anybody have any ideas for what to rub the beer and apple juice brined butts with?  Trying to get a new way that isn't as spicy as my original for the wussies of the family?  Gonna smoke with hickory....

First off, NEVER, NEVER ask if anyone is interested in a recipe ;D. Post it! 
I would recommend Zacks Hickory Rub or Zacks Sweet Rub. Also new to my arsenal curtesy of the forum, Jans Rub is awesome too. Two thumbs up!!

As you have been doing for years im thinking you already know this butt get it butt LOL ..In the puck catcher bowl instead of water use apple juice that way when the puck drops the steam carries the flavor also and spritz with an apple cider spray ..I get great comments when doing it this way ..also if you can ever 40 mins drop an apple for the next 20  I like the 2 to 1 on the pucks .
