Nepas didn't want this to be common knowledge. However we all know of his medical needs. I put him in touch with some friends of mine that hooked him up with a NEW 4 Wheeler to help him get around a little better and easier. Mrs Nepas sent me a picture of Rick testing it out. I though I would share. He's even being safe and wearing his helmet!! Hang in there Rick!!
