Not a good day

I phoned Bradley on Thursday morning about the heating element.  The pleasant lady on the line agreed immediately to send me a replacement under warranty and I ordered an extra one and did not have to pay for shipping.  The amazing thing is that the elements arrived by expedited post yesterday morning.  24 hours after calling them!

That's a what I was saying, just don't get no better than that, Donjakno' :)
Now back to smoking.....
If I knew what I was doing I would probably be bored.
