Bradley customer service!!

I have to say that I'm upset that I had to call them because the puck advance won't work and my door bottom broke. Imagine that. Well my unit is a month outside the warranty and they still going to send me the parts for free!!!!! I was worried but they stepped up! Just thought I'd post this because I have heard some people complain about customer service. Those who had a problem with them must have been a really big butthole to them on the phone. Get more flys with sugar, just saying.
