Just got my Bradley this morning. Really looking forward to putting it through its paces. I live on the beach and fish from the shore and boat, so fish is likely to be high on the list. Have had a 'biscuit tin' type hot smoker for a few years and my hot smoked mackerel is very popular in the village, but it is limited in scope. Cold smoking is something that i am looking forward to including my own smoky bacon and cold smoked sea trout.

A long way from Liverpool (although I visit there a lot as I am a keen Everton fan  :) )
I live on the beach on the south coast about 50 miles due south of London
