Looks like I'm going to WY!  ;D

Three more weeks and then it's a whole week of chasing speedgoats with the bow. Pretty excited, first time hunting this species.
Wish me luck!

You'll have a ball. I never tried it with a bow, I always used a .30-06 myself.
Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and annoys the pig.

Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Find a waterhole and hunker down. I have driven through WY a lot and those things are everywhere.

And get yourself a life sized cut out of a cow, use it to hide behind as you move across the open plains to were your gonna hunker down

It works!

Thanks guys.  There will be ground blinds constructed at the water holes. I'm more of a spot and stalk guy, but this is what they want me to do. So I'm good with it.
I'll be in Douglas WY. I'm hoping tag out and head over to MT Rushmore for some sight seeing.

Here is a pic of a spot and stalk Impala I took in RSA. It took me 4 days to finally get close enough for a shot. I'm very proud of this and wanted to share.
BTW, Impala is GOOD eating. Too bad we can't bring any back to the states.

If your looking back at the things you missed,You won't know what hit you.

Quarlow

You need a big cardboard cut out of a Round hay bale. That will fool them every time. Might even lure them to ya. LOL
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.
