It's been awhile. Happy to be back on the form. I just took the KCBS certified BBQ class last weekend in Quincy I'll. Looking forward to judging my first competition on September 8th in Quincy, Il. Next step is to start or join a competition team.

This is my fourth season judging, and you will enjoy it. You will meet a lot of unique people of all ages, and backgrounds. Maybe even some from different countries. Have fun on the BBQ circuit. You may even get a chance to meet and talk with some celebrity Pitmasters.
