Made some BB ribs today
Rubbed with mustard and Lucille's rib rub and then into Bradley

Had problems with the PID--no output to the cabinet or smoke generator. Then had problems with the SG, pucks wouldn't always advance. (After 2 1/2 yrs probably needs cleaning). So I was doing everything manually.
After 3 hrs with hickory smoke at anywhere from 220 - 257*

Drizzled with honey, brown sugar and butter. Double wrapped in foil and put in meat side down for about 2 hrs. Took them out and removed the foil.

Saved the juice from the foil

Mopped the ribs with the juice from the foil and put it back in (unfoiled) for about 45 minutes. Here they are done.

Cut them up, added a potato baked in the SRG and here's dinner
