Well not a Bone in Turkey Breast anyways. Decided to go with some game hens instead, They have been brining for about 4 hours (strong apple cider brine loaded with the spices) My question is about an hour of smoke after seasoning and then polish them off in the deep fryer? Has anyone tried such? I am going with Cajun spice rub and then deep fryin to finish.

Many members have done this with whole turkey, though they have applied more smoke. It should work just as well with game hens.

That was my thoughts exactly after 1 hour at 225 gonna let em go lil longer then finish em off. That riding mower belt put tha whoopin on me. Never would believe they could make a belt that hard to change >:( It DID however help me work up an appetite

I know exactly how you feel. I have experienced the same thing. I came close to buying another mower, rather than change the belt.  :)
