Beefmann labor day 2012 Smoke Q

well made it through another labor day was expecting a few more guests then what  showed up though we all had fun

Here is the set up


table and chairs


Tri Tip





corn on the cob


baked beans


finely chopped blue cheese Cole slaw


the food tables


and the guests


was planning about 15 and 10 total showed up

Looks good.  If less than what you expected showed up that means lots of leftovers.  Give me the GPS coordinates and I'll be right over.   :)

Actually, I'm waiting for a stubborn butt to finish.  It has 4 degrees to go and has been in the smoker 16.5 hours now (slightly less than 7 lbs).

what you have  there is a Taurus butt.... stubborn and lots of good leaftovers

Looks like a real nice spread, Make sure them five people are servin Steak, Lobster and insist on some of that expensive russian fish roe when you dont show up to there shin dig ;D
