First time bradley user

Hi my name is Tim and I am a first time bradley smoker user. Its been 3 days since i last smoked!
I am from the kootenay region of British Columbia and i do not have a problem...its an addiction

I have the Bradley 4 rack digital with extra (4) racks. Over the last week i did 2 loads of salmon and they turned out great today i am trying venison jerky and will see how it turns out.
I have learned a lot from reading other posts and hope to one day become knowledgable in the art of smoking( food that is)

I will thank everyone in advance for all the help i have used and the help i will need

Sounds like you hit the ground running :) and you are exactly right, it is addicting! Just remember when ya post here we LOVE pictures ;)
