I am going to be there on business this week (W,Th, F).  Not sure when and if I will have time to break away, but if I do, it needs to be BBQ.

I was trying to figure out a way to hook it to my Dodge Journey...

I have to say that for how much they are moving through, the food was top notch.

The Pork was a little dry but understandable being that it was about 2:30pm when I finally got there.

Sauces:

Mustard Base was great (Wish the sold it)
Original was good
Hot was good with the brisket (I think it was their original with some heat)
Sweet was wayyyyy too sweet for me.

The beans smoked with brisket was incredible and will be on my menu from now on.
