good day.
i just picked up my first ever smoker. it a BDS 4 rack.
a bit about my self and why i got me a smoker...
im a avid hunter up here in canada. so i wanted to make all my own jerky. well thats all it to and i was pointed to the bradley smokers from the guys at work. they use theres for salmon, but was told it would work good for what i was talking to them about. wow it can do alot more from what i been reading. so i pick up my smoker and just finished building a little hut for it on the deck. come this weekend im hopeing to have used it. ;D
