Last weeks summer sausage   LEM with cheese      Pikeman's recipe         sorry for the lousy pics.I don't have a clue how to use the wife's fancy camera so I used my phone.But at least I managed to get the pics on here.

Looks like they turned out great. How did you like the taste?

They were good the LEM was a little bland for my taste but pikemans recipe was perfect.

Fantastic photo of them hanging.  It looks like a shot one would see in an advertisement.  Nice job on the chubs.


Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

I LOVE Con Yeager! They have put a distribution center about 15 minutes away from me a year or two ago and recently they added a walk-in shop to it  ;)

that looks really good. I'm going to do my first batch I think this week. What's Pikeman's recipe?
