I did a lot of research and decided that "you get what you pay for".  Then I started looking around for recipes for Thanksgiving turkey and stumbled onto this forum.  I didn't know I was joining a 'cult'!!!  What fun!  What support!  This WILL be an enjoyable purchase. Can't wait for delivery!  Can't wait for dinner  :P .
