Dual Element Mod for a charge in IL?

I'm interested in doing the dual element/PID mod to by OBS.

I know approximately jack squat about electrical wiring and I don't want my learning experience to be on my baby.

I live in western Illinois, in Galesburg, near both Peoria and Moline. Does anyone know of anybody reputable who would do the mod for a charge?

Do you have any DIY friends that are familiar with wiring. Ask one of them, just hold off on the adult beverages until the job is completed. :) As an incentive to have him/her do they job right, promise them some smoked goodies.
