A little treat for myself

Had two portobello mushroom caps from the store I wanted to smoke so this is what I got  ;)

Two caps filled with Johnsonville sausage and pulled pork


Some smoked Jalapeno Gouda Cheese on top  :)


Smoked for two hours @ 225F along with some ribs I'm doing
Oh where these ever good  :P :P
