Thanks Hab, I am conducting an ambient temp test right now in preparation for triple smoke bacon next week. Can hardly wait :-)

Above freezing here today, but ambient test shows smoke generator alone installed in Bradley is capable if raising temp +80f. Incredible, probably not quite do much in freezing temps. Bottom line, Auber dual probe PID now on order. Hope it arrives before I need to smoke the bacon. :-)

Tried the Alaskan Lox today. Took the smoke much better than the Atlantic. Deeper colour and firmer as well.
