Did another 10# Butterball Turkey on Sat.past.

I had to use the 15 Spice rub again.lol I'm hooked on smoked turkey sandwiches,with this rub.

Nice! You're right about how tasty they are! the best turkey's I've ever had have come out of my Bradley. Enjoy.

BTW, what is that thing it's sitting on? Looks pretty handy for holding it while carving. Is that what it's for?

It's called Easy Carver,$3.00 at Dollar Rama by Koller Craft.Works great for all meats.
