A little smoked ham

Took this little guy, rinsed and patted dry then set out at room temp wile the smoker came up to temp



Gave it 2 hr and 20 min Hickory



Dumped on a home grown Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Glaze



Cooked up some home grown sweet corm



The ham is done!!



Let rest wile the green stuff is cookin, slice and serve



Lets eat !!

As Keymaster stated, good job on the corn. We hardly ever get a chance up here for good sweet corn.

How do you do corn so you can have it during the winter?

Curt your really slipping here lately No hot sauce on the eggs now your posting pics with no Fresh cracked Black on the corn. Dude you HAVE BEEN stuck inside way too long!!

Taby and I were almost fightin over the hot sauce when the camera was gone  :o

Blanch the whole cob in boiling water for 2 min then drop it in a pot of cold running water

When cool place on a rack to drip dry

Remove kernels, place in bag and vacuum till the milk just starts to show, hit the seal button

Throw in the freezer, thats it

That is one good looking ham and meal. I am a hamatarian, it is a personal choice. The whole meal looks great.

I am a hamatarian also,,,,ham salad sammies, grilled ham and cheese, ham pie, cheesy ham casserole, macaroni ham and cheese, ham and potato chowder,,,,,,,,,,,OK now Im hungry  ::)

Wow Looks great and I can smell it now, no wait thats mine i smell. :o But bet it does taste good. And that is a great meal. How about passing the plate. ;D
