Frog mat question

I perused the forum and couldn't find this, but I always spray "Pam" on my racks first. Just received my frog mats and was wondering if I still need to spray them or let 'em ride.???

No need to spray at all.  You're gonna love those Frogmats.

Ive had things still stick to frogmats so i would say yes, spray them depending if its fish or something you definately think might stick :) But like kynola said most things wont stick.

You will notice that sauces will drip through the small holes of the frog mats and stick to your racks so yes it is a good idea to spray them down with pam. Most everything will just wash right off the frog mats if you let them soak in hot water for a while.

I am amazed!!! Frog Mats are fantastic!
I have never had everything fall off the rack like that. And the nuggets came out perfect.
I used mesquite for 4 hours.
