Just getting started with the Bardley

Just getting started with the Bradley digital smoker.  Got it for Christmas and have used it several times.  Added the cold smoker box and have done two batches of cheese, and one king salmon.  I've also smoked some home made sausage as well. 

Looking forward to reading and sharing my experiences with all of similar interest. 
The sausage is hanging and the butt is brining
1 Bradley BTDS 6 rack
1 Sausage Maker Propane 6 rack
1 Char Broil off-Set smoker
1 La Caja China #2 Roasting box
1 Lynx 42 inch BBQ

Welcome to the forum from Nebraska!  You will definitely enjoy your Bradley.  I'm enjoying mine today with a pork loin roast!
