Left Over ICB Ingredients

Had some Smoked Pork, sauteed Onions, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms and Sour
Cream Sauce left over from my ICB entry.

Diced up the Pork and added some Sop'n Sauce.
Used Orowheat's Pocket Sandwich bread (Pita)
Added a slice tomato and did some baked fries.
Used the sour cream sauce as the spread.







That is $$$$$ !!!

OR your imagination was lacking. ::)

I've fallen in love with them OroWheat pocket sandwich bread. They
make them in 8 grain and Italian. They deliciously soft. Have used then
for pulled pork, pulled chicken, sliced beef, etc. They are always a treat.

Wow...looks just as good as your entry! Never seen OroWheat pocket sandwich bread...will have to look for it.
