I just wanted to post a big thanks to everyone on this forum.  I've been thinking of getting a Bradley Smoker for a few months so I've been lurking here and reading and getting tons of good info.  Ordered it, seasoned this week and had my first smoke today for my wife, my sister,  husband, and our kids.  Some ribs, and some chicken legs.  They were all a a hit!  I used Jan's Rub (also got from here) on both, and it worked great!

The rib's could've used another hour or so (I did 3-2-1 but I think I had too much in the smoker and it didn't get back to heat fast enough for the time to really work out) but they were still very tasty.  The chicken was perfect, which is great because I'm planning on making a lot of chicken like this for a party in a few weeks.  Can't wait to fire it up again.

I did take a few pictures:

Anyway, thanks for the great forum and all the terrific info.

You did tell me, I've been reading for a few months!  I saw all those other poor guys get scolded and didn't want the same for me!

Now keep that picture of the shiny insides close by, cause she won't look like that in a month or two.
