Can I treat this like brisket?

Want to pick one of these up and wondering if it should be treated like a brisket?

Inside Round = Top Round.   You can probably do pulled beef with it...   

It's a leaner cut, so you might have to smoke/braise it.   (although that one looks well marbled)


Might be a good candidate for "Pepper Stout Beef".

Just might do this in the UDS. Yes they all had good marbling
