some version of it will work. It might have to be sized to the tube you are using but no big deal. If you look close at the fitting there are thin groves that let the air escape out from under the casings that are on the stuffing horn.

I will attest that the fart eliminator works well. when we made the last batch of 300 lbs of kielbasa, that was the most common comment of the family. Nice and tight and no air pockets.
