so turns out i need to set a timer on my phone or something to bump the time on the bradley up.

I went to bed last night with an IT on my pork shoulder at about 170º, according to my igrill graph it appears to have gotten up to about 185º or so before the thing shut off around 3 am. I woke to my alarm at 545 am and my IT was at about 98º. i ran down not knowing what it had gotten up to yet and kicked the bradley back on and within an hour the IT was back up to about 160º. after turning it back on is when i researched the graph.

So is the product still good? I'm gonna run home from work once the wife tells me its close to 195º and pull it, pending there are no comments to tell me otherwise.

considering it  did get to 185. i feel your safe,,, it should not take to long to get to 195

Snoopy

it got to 195º pretty quick. tastes good, looks good, pulled good. Guess i'll just find out within the next few days if it was "good" lol.
