I want MODS to my Bradley but I am Technically Challenged

1.  I am not joking about the Challenged.  I tried to install a ceiling fan that had a light and a variable speed wire.  I ended up calling an electrician after 10 hours of failure.

2.  Based on my last 6 months with my Bradley 4 shelf, I want dual heating elements and a fan.

3. Is there someone doing these installs commercially that I could ship my Bradley to and then pay?

4. Can these MODS be broken down to where I simply can't fail? (never underestimate the challenged abilities to screw things up)

Thanks any advice.  I really do need to get around some of the current limitations of my Bradley OBS.
