I've been struggling to find some of the cuts referred to in recipes here in the UK.  So was pleasantly surprised to find this place:

http://www.eastlondonsteak.co.uk/

Boston Butt, Packer Cut Brisket, Pork Breast and Loin Ribs. As well as some other goodies, marrow bones, pickled brisket and all from some good breeds to.

I'll be ordering this week so will give some feedback.

Habanero Smoker

That looks like a great site; wide variety of product, and many different meat cuts.

When I picked up pork shoulder at the discount store (Costco) a few weeks ago, I think I paid about about $1.89 per pound, or about 2.68 British Pounds per kg.

Your East London Steak appears to be a premium supplier who may specialize in mail order, similar to Omaha Steaks in the US.  Just for kicks, I did a quick price comparison on boneless ribeye steaks.  The Costco price is $8.99 a pound.  The Omaha Steaks price is $28.00 a pound.  Part of the difference in price might be the result of differences in the grade of beef.  But, it's still a pretty big difference.

I wonder if a local butcher would do some specialty cuts for you at a better cost.

Ouch!  That's quite a difference. If its good enough quality I don't mind spending a bit more.

Particularly looking forward to smoking a Boston Butt.
