So on the plate later tonight from the smoker is Brisket, bacon wrapped corn on the cob, ABT's (and ABT's w/ a SF), and mashed potatoes( the only thing not being smoked). what is ABT w/a SF your asking, well that would be a salmon fart or that's what i'm calling it anyways. I picked up some imitation crab meat, the only imitation that i'll ever eat, it's made about half an hour from where I live and it's amazing. anyways, so threw a little bit of that on top of a couple of the ABT's. Also made some with sweet peppers to see how they taste as well.
ended up using some jimmy dean hot and maple sausage for the guts. brisket is just about done, temp swings going like crazy in the smoker but should be good soon. more pics later

little blurry but a few hours in

and the others waiting to go in

thank you, that nice big chunk on the left is gonna be my first attempt at burnt ends i think too. The corn i ended up not having enough to wrap them all so i laid them across the top, very dry anywhere the bacon wasn't touching so next time, MORE BACON!!!
