question on snack sticks

I have the 4 rack Bradley and if I am smoking snack sticks do you hang them or lay them on a tray this is the first time I have ever made them

I have seen the experts do both in their posts, some use a dowel rod cut to fit on the top rack mount and others lay them on the racks and rotate racks. they should be along shortly to give you the pro's and con's of each method.

I always hang mine, why I have no clue! ;D. Like Saber said some guys also lay them on racks, my guess is by laying them on racks you could get more in the smoker. Due to spacing them out I only hang 2 rods at a time. Good luck with the sticks.

You can do it either way.  If you rack them remember to rotate the racks.  I like to hang mine.
